摘要
针对425轻量化桥轴承座缩孔问题进行了分析,通过提高碳当量、降低浇注温度、增加热冒口、分散浇注系统等措施,有效地解决了缩孔问题,铸件综合废品率由原来的30%降低到5%以内。
In this paper, According to the analysis of 425 lightweight bridge bearing shrinkage problem, by increasing the carbon equivalent, reducing pouring temperature, increase heat riser, decentralized pouring system, effectively solves the problem of casting shrinkage, the reject rate is reduced from 30% to less than 5% at present.
