介绍环形凹槽类精铸件特征,结合生产过程中存在的缺陷,如黑点、氧化夹渣、气孔、缩松、脱层等。通过对工艺的不断完善,最终铸件质量满足客户要求。同时在制壳过程中使用白刚玉砂,降低铸件生产成本。

The characteristics of annular groove cast were introduced, the defects such as black spots, oxidation clip slag and gas hole, shrinkage porosity, shell mould delaminating and other were solved. The continuous improvement of the process were conducted, the final casting quality to meet customer requirements. At the same time, the use of white corundum sand in the shell making process, reduce the production cost of castings.
