摘要
智能配电网综合支撑服务平台可有效改善配电网生产和营销信息分割现状。该平台采用遵循IEC61968公共信息模型标准的一体化建模技术,以数据仓库模式实现了配电网生产、营销、调度相关系统模型信息和运行数据的有机融合,为全面提高配电网精益化管理及优质服务水平提供有力支撑。文章详细阐述了该平台的建设原则、整体架构、应用关键技术和应用功能,以期推动该平台的扩展应用,提升配电网的供电能力和优质服务水平。
Smart distribution network integrated support service platform can solve the problem of the separation of production and marketing information effectively. The platform adopts integrated modeling techniques following IEC 61968 common information model standard,achieves the organic integration of system model information and operation data related to production, marketing, scheduling of distribution network, provides strong support to improve the distribution network of lean management and service level comprehensively. This paper elaborates the construction principles, the overall architecture, application key technologies and applications of the platform in details, in order to promote extended application of the platform＊ and then enhance the power supply capacity and service level of distribution network.
