摘要 针对110k V或35k V线路单相断线引起10k V母线电压严重偏移的低电压和缺相运行故障,分析了Yd11接线变压器高压侧线路单相断线后的异常电压特征,提出了基于母线异常电压的线路断线判据并使用MATLAB软件进行了仿真验证。结合某地区发生的一起35k V线路单相断线故障,验证了该判据的实用性。针对小电流接地系统35k V线路单相断线和接地故障监控系统难以自动区别告警的问题,进一步提出了线路单相断线差异化监控的概念,并根据断线判据给出了差异化监控的逻辑框架。 Aiming at the low voltage and phase failure operation of 10kV busbar voltage drop caused by single - phase disconnection of llOkV or 35kV line, the abnormal voltage characteristics of Yd 11 wiring transformer high - voltage side line single - phase disconnection are analyzed, and the abnormal voltage based on bus voltage, and a line disconnection criterion based on abnormal bus voltage is proposed and simulated by MATLAB software. Combined with the failure of a single line of 35kV line in a certain area,the practicability of the criterion is verified. For the problem of distinction for single-phase break and ground in small current grounding system, this paper proposes a concept of differentiation monitoring for single-phase break and provided its scheme.
