摘要
目的:探索化合物接触角与溶解度、溶出速度之间的相互关系.方法:用视频光学接触角测定仪测定其动态接触角,用滴定法、紫外分光光度法或文献查阅法获得化合物的溶解度和溶出速度(Td,T50),利用SPSS分析软件进行回归分析;并采用计算化学方法对化合物理化性质进行表征.结果:当溶解度以质量摩尔浓度表达时,无机化合物接触角与溶解度呈线性负相关(R^2=0.671 0);有机化合物接触角与溶解度呈线性正相关(R^2=0.907 5);有机化合物的接触角与Td、T50呈线性正相关(R^2Td=0.875 0、R^2Td=0.865 4).结论:无机化合物的接触角与溶解度、有机化合物的接触角与溶出速度之间存在线性关系,可相互预测.
Aim: To explore the relationship among contact angle with solubility and dissolution rate of compounds. Methods: The dynamic contact angle was measured by video optical contact angle tester.The solubility and dissolution rate(Td,T50) of compounds was obtained by titration, UV-vis spectrophotometer or literature review method. Using SPSS analytical software for regression analysis and the physical and chemical properties of the compounds were characterized by computational chemistry.Results: When the solubility is expressed in mass molar concentration,the contact angle of the inorganic compound is negatively correlated with the solubility(R^2= 0. 6710),a positive linear correlation(R^2=0. 9075) was found in organic compound. A positive linear correlation(R^2Td= 0. 8750、R2Td= 0. 8654)was found between contact angle of the organic compound with Td、T50. Conclusion: There is a linear relationship between the contact angle and the solubility of the inorganic compound,the linear correlation relationship also can be found between the contact angle and the dissolution rate of the organic compound,and can be predicted.
