中学教师道德情感现状调查及其思考

摘要 教师道德情感是指在特定的教育活动过程中,以职业道德规范和准则为依据,教师评价自己和他人的行为时所产生的内心体验。通过采用自编《教师道德情感量表》对570名中学教师施测,结果发现:教师道德情感水平较高;教师道德情感及其维度在性别、是否班主任、学校性质、教龄、职称存在显著差异,但是在学校所在地、月收入不存在显著差异。建议从加强自身修养、定位职业角色、远离职业倦怠和保持良好心态等方面完善教师道德情感。 Teachers’moral emot ion refers to in accordance wi th professional ethics and norms, teachers evaluate thei r own and others' behavior arising from inner experience,on a particular educational activities during. Article employ self Teachers 'Moral Feeling Scale Surveying for 570 middle school teachers, found that: the higher the level of teachers' moral emotion; Teachers’ moral emotion and dimensions , there are significant differences in gender, class, nature of the school, seniority and job title, but the location of the school, the monthly income is not significantly different. Improving moral emotion suggest that strengthen our self from, target professional roles, away from burnout and maintain a good attitude, etc.
