高校学生党建工作是党的建设工作的重要一环,在当前全面深化改革,全面推进依法治国、从严治党的政策背景下,高校党支部建设面临新的挑战。当前高校学生党建工作存在培养教育模式相对单一,对党员的考察管理方式不够多样化,学生党员理论水平、实践能力有待提高等问题。"三严三实"为新时期严格党员发展纪律和程序、提高学生党员队伍质量、完善基层党组织服务学生党员机制提出了新的要求,具体可通过加强学习型党支部建设、提升党支部书记综合素质、健全学生党员考核体系实施。

Colleges and universities student party construction is a pivotal part of the whole party system. As our nation is deepening reform, implementing nomocracy and restricting party member based on rules, colleges party construction encounters challenges. There are certain problems in colleges and universities student party construction currently. Such as the model of training and education is relatively simple,the management to party members is not diversity, the theoretical level and practical ability of student party member should be im-proved. The theory of aThree Stricts and Three Steadies,, puts forward new requirements to strict discipline and procedures of party devel-opment, improving the quality and perfecting the grass-roots party organizations service mechanism of student party members.In conclu-sion, we can take measures to strengthen the construction of learning type party branch, enhance the comprehensive quality of party branch secretary, sound evaluation system of student party members.
