公众参与县域中小河流治理意愿及其影响因素研究——以全国中小河流治理重点县福建永春为调研区域

选取全国中小河流治理重点县永春为调研区域,实地调查研究了公众参与境内最大的水系桃溪流域治理的意愿现状,运用logistics回归方法对影响意愿的因素进行实证分析。结果表明,公众的文化程度、对流域污染问题的感知程度、对流域治理的责任主体认知、对政府信息公开程度和环境卫生整治工程的满意度均正向影响其参与意愿;公众对参与桃溪流域保护的消极态度会降低其参与意愿;公众对农业灌溉用水被污染危害的认知是影响其参与意愿的重要因素之一。

Selects the key county in. national small and medium watershed management Yongchun. as the research subject,analyzes the current situ-ation. of the public willingness to participate in. tackling the biggest basin, in. Yongchun. -Taoxi basin, through field investigation, and empirical re-search？and applies logistics approach to make an. empirical analysis of the factors influencing the public willingness.
