摘要
可中断负荷作为一种有效的调峰措施,在市场环境下也可视为系统备用容量。首先阐述了可中断负荷的概念以及天然气市场下的可中断负荷设计与电力市场的区别;然后基于层次分析法,提出了天然气备用市场选择可中断负荷的决策模型。最后算例分析结果表明,该模型具有很好的实用性和合理性,为天然气备用市场选择可中断负荷提供了有益的思路。同时,也对天然气终端消费市场推行需求侧管理具有很好的促进作用。
Interruptible load as an. effective peak -shaving measure, can. be regarded as a system reserve capacity in. the market environment. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts of the interruptible load and the difference of interruptible load design, between, natu-ral gas market and electricity markets and then, based on. the Analytic Hierarchy Process, a decision-making model of an. alternate interruptible load of reserve market. Finally, a numerical case analysis shows that the model has good practicality and rationality, provides useful ideas for the natural gas reserve market to choose interruptible load. This study have good promotion, for the natural gas terminal market implement demand-side man-agement.
