This article starts from the concept of tourism security identity system^ features, function., value, design, management and other aspects^ theoretically discus-ses the theory of the tourism safety identification, system to give full play to the functions and benefits of the tourism security identification, system and provide a valuable management carrier for safe and orderly development of the scientific and healthy tourism.
