新型氨用半封闭螺杆压缩机的研发与应用

本文阐述了笔者所在公司在氨用单级螺杆压缩机的效率提高,型线和电机改善方面所做的研究。本文的研究对象是笔者所在公司自行研发和设计的氨用半封闭螺杆压缩机,目前,该压缩机已在制冰机机组中应用(排气量由420 m^3/h到780 m^3/h不等)。本文介绍了氨用半封闭螺杆压缩机的形式特点:采用半封闭形式;螺杆转子采用最新SRM"i"型专利螺杆转子型线;电机采用高效同步变频电机,可根据负荷变化调整电机转速。而后根据不同压缩机的实际运行结果和数据进行对比、分析和总结。结果表明,氨用半封闭螺杆压缩机在实际运用中有很大的优势,在制冷行业中有很好的应用前景。

This article illustrates Snowman Group ？s research and development on Am-monia compressor in regards of efficiency？ rotor profile line and motor improvement. Re-search subject： self-developed and designed Ammonia Semi-hermetic screw compressors by Snowman Group. Up to now,the compressor is successfully tested and used in ice ma-chines （ranges from 420 m^3/h to 780 m^3/h）,one of Snowman’ s main products. This ar ti-cle comprehensively introduces characteristics of the compressor： in type,using Semi - hermetic form; in design,applying latest “I” profile developed by SRM,which is now 100% subsidiary of Snowman; motor, using PMSVFM （permanent magnetic synchronous variable frequency motor） , that speed can be adjusted to the load. Thereafter we compare and analyze testing data and result of different compressors,with one conclusion： the Compressor has a lot of advantages in practical application, and will have a good applica-tion in Refrigeration industry.
