新型蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合式空调试验样机的设计分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于热质交换机制、气象参数的影响和实际应用需求,提出一种新型蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合式空调机组,将天然冷源-人工冷源和空气处理机组一体化,实现蒸发冷却与机械制冷协同耦合,并设计一台风量为5 000 m3/h的试验样机,介绍该样机的设计方案,阐述机组的风量平衡、热平衡和相关参数的确定方法,以期为类似技术与设备的理论和应用研究提供参考。 Based on mechanism of heat and mass exchange,the influence of meteorological parameters and practical application requirements,one new type composite air-conditioning unit by evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration is put forward.It gets natural cold source,artificial cold source and air handling unit unified,while achieves cooperative coupling of evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration.One experimental prototype with the air flow of 5 000 m3/h is designed.Its design scheme is introduced,and the air volume balance,heat balance and the methods to determine related parameters of the unit are elaborated,expecting to provide some references for the theoretical and applied research of similar technology and equipment.
