摘要
在全球节能减排的大趋势之下,寻找一种高效、节能环保的R22替代物迫在眉睫。R32制冷剂作为过渡性替代品R410A的主要组分,具有优良的热物理性能、环保性能及循环性能等优点。本文对R32的热物理性质、循环性能、环保性、安全性以及可获得性等方面进行了介绍,并着重从试验和理论两个方面对R32在水平管内凝结与沸腾换热特性的研究进展进行了综述,也分析了关于半经验换热特性关联式的探索,从而为R32相变换热性能的优化研究和应用提供参考,并有助于R32冷凝器与蒸发器的优化设计。
According to the global general t rend of energy saving and emission reduc-tion, the need for finding out high efficient and energy-saving alternative refrigerants of R22 is increasing daily. As the main component of the transitional substitute R410A, re-frigerant R32 may be a potential long term candidate to replace R22 considering the com-parative advantages, such as good thermophysical property, environmental protection and favorable cycle performance. This paper presents the alternative performances of R32, such as thermophysical property,cycle performance,environmental protection,safety performance and availability. Then, the research progress on condensation and boiling heat transfer of R32 in horizontal tubes has been critically analyzed from the experimental and theoretical study and corresponding semi-empirical correlations of heat transfer char-acteristics have also been introduced, thus being of beneficial reference to further optimization research and applications on phase change heat transfer of R32 and promoting the optimal designs of R32 condenser and evaporator.
