从2004年启动住宅产业化研究以来,万科集团在住宅产业化的道路上坚定前行了13年:从最开始的学习照搬日本的预制混凝土建筑,到研究推广适合中国国情的工业化建筑体系,并提出"提升质量,提升效率,减少对人工的依赖,减少环境污染"的核心理念。经过十余年历练,住宅产业化已成为万科特有的竞争力之一,近年正在研究采用干式装配法进行内装施工,以期将工业化理念贯穿房屋建造直至装修交付的全过程。

Since 2004, Vanke has carried out house industrialization research for thirteen years： from the initial imitation of the Japanese Precast Concrete to the research and promotion of the industrialized building system adapting to the actual situation of China, and at the same time putting forward the guiding ideology of ＂Improving the quality, improving the efficiency, reducing the labor dependence, reducing the environmental pollution＂ . After ten years of practice, house industrialization has become one of the unique competitiveness of Vanke. In recent years, research has been conducted as how to apply dry fabrication for interior construction, so that the industrialization will run through the whole construction process from house construction to decoration delivery.
