基于资源融合的城市更新方法——以重庆北碚旧城区更新为例

Research on Urban Renewal Method Based on Resource Integration:A Case Study on Beibei City

城市更新几乎伴随城市发展全过程,利用旧城现有资源实现旧城复兴,必须在现有城市更新理论和实践基础上进一步探索。基于资源"挖掘、渗透与融合"的更新方法,立足于旧城资源挖掘,针对资源节点运用多种设计手法实现资源与城市空间的渗透,将资源价值引入城市生活。再通过整体设计将资源价僮融合到城市更新总体布局、历史文化延续和产业功能提升中,从根本上提升旧城经济、社会、文化活力。将这一更新方法结合重庆北碚区滨江案例进行实证研究,以期为相关城市更新工作提供参考。

How to use the existing resources of the old city to achieve the goal of urban renewal？ This paper builds up the method of ＂Exploration-Penetration-Integration＂ on the basis of the existing urban renewal theory and practice. Firstly, the ＂exploration＂ of the resources in the old city means in-depth resource exploration. Then, based on ＂exploration＂ , the ＂penetration＂ incorporates resources into people＇s life by comprehensive measures. Finally, the ＂integration＂ deals with the overall design of the resource utilization. These are investigated through a case study on the central riverfront of BeJbei city to provide references for city renewal in multifarious resource areas.
