摘要
采用主成分-聚类分析方法,以建筑的实际能耗信息为基础,建立了办公建筑能耗影响因素标准化分析模型。结合实际建筑能耗数据进行了能耗影响因素识别并确定了能耗影响因素与建筑能耗密度的定量关系。研究结果表明,该方法可用于能耗定额基础数据修正和节能改造节能量核定。
Using the principle component-cluster analysis method, based on the actual energy consumption of buildings, establishes a standardized analysis model of energy consumption influencing factors for office buildings. Combined with the actual building energy consumption data, identifies the energy consumption influencing factors and confirms the quantitative relationship between energy consumption influencing factors and building energy use intensity (EUI). The result shows that the method can be used for energy consumption quota and energy saving assessment.
