厦门某烟草制丝车间热湿环境的实测与模拟分析 被引量:6

摘要 对厦门卷烟厂某制丝车间竖直方向上的温湿度分布进行了实地测试,结果表明:格栅上部(7m以上)存在大量热量堆积,平均温度为33.5℃,而下部空调送风区域平均温度为29.7℃,上下区域平均温差达到3.8℃。若在格栅上部设置机械通风可将上部多余热量排出,以有效改善车间温度,并降低部分空调能耗。采用Airpak3.0软件对该制丝车间进行模拟分析,发现上部区域聚集的热量得到释放,其平均温度可降低至31.3℃,较不排风的情况降低了1.9℃,节能率为5.93%。 Studies the vertical distribution of the temperature and humidity in a primary processing workshop of Xiamen Cigarette Factory. The measurements show that a massive heat stratification is at the top of the ceiling grid (7 meters above the floor), resulting in an average temperature of 33.5℃. In the conditioned space, the average air temperature is 29.7℃, 3.8℃ lower than that in the upper area. Mechanical ventilation is installed above the grid which helps to remove the accumulated heat and improves the thermal comfort and HVAC energy efficiency. Simulates and analyses the workshop using Airpak3.0. Finds that the proposed approach releases the heat stratification and reduces the average temperature to 31.3℃ in the upper area. Compared to non-ventilation condition, the 1.9℃temperature drop saves the energy bv 5.93%.
