摘要
为了解近年来四川主要养猪地区猪群猪2型链球菌(S.suis 2)的流行情况,本研究利用ELISA抗体检测试剂盒对来自四川地区15个市(区)526份猪血清样品进行S.suis 2血清流行病学调查。四川地区猪群血清调查的总阳性检出率为40.30%(212/526);按地区分析,15个市(区)S.suis 2检出阳性率的地区占86.67%(13/15),其中阳性检出率超过50%地区占46.67%(7/15),宜宾地区的阳性检出率高达78.57%(11/14);按猪场分析,四川地区猪场S.suis 2阳性检出率高达76.74%(33/43),其中规模化猪场阳性检出率较高,为81.81%(18/22);在母猪、保育猪和育肥猪的猪群血清中,种母猪阳性检出率最高,为76.28%(74/97);并且夏季的阳性检出率最高,为46.81%(110/235)。研究表明S.suis 2在四川主要养猪地区普遍存在,并且在部分养猪区域、规模化猪场及种母猪猪群中存在较大的流行风险。本研究对四川主要养猪地区S.suis 2的流行和预防提供了调查依据。
To investigate the prevalence of Streptococcus suis type 2 in Sichuan region, a total of 526 pig serum samples collected from 15 different areas were detected by the ELISA method. The result showed that the total positive rate of S.suis 2 was 40.30% （212/526）, of which the positive rate for the 15 areas was 86.67% （13/15）, the positive rate of over 50% counted for 46.67% （7/15） of these areas, and 78.57% positive rate in Yibing area was highest than that of other areas. In addition, the positive rate of the pig farms in Sichnan region was 76.74% （33/43）, and 81.81% （18/22） in the intensive pig farms. The S.suis 2 was detected in all sows, nursery pigs and finishing pigs, of which the highest positive was 76.28% （74/97） in sows. While, the highest positive rate of 46.81% （110/235）was found in summer. These data shown that S.suis 2 was prevalent commonly in Sichuan region. The epidemiological survey on S.suis 2 provides a basis data for prevention of S.suis 2 in Sichuan.
