摘要
远程医疗的优势在于"远程",落脚点却始终是"医疗"。医疗伴随着风险,医疗中的任何失误都可能给患者带来健康安全方面的危险。为了医疗的安全性,法律上为医疗行业设置了准入门槛、为医疗的水平设置了标准。这些限制也应该成为远程医疗发展中不可突破的安全底线。
The emphasis of telemedicine is ＂tele＂. Nevertheless, like traditional medical conducts, telemedicine also carries risks which may endanger or cause harm to patients＇ health and life. In order to guarantee the safety of medical practices, the medical profession requires occupational licenses and the medical practice should reach the medical standard of care. All those statutory restrictions offer a legal guarantee of the fundamental safety line of telemedicine.
