优化冷凝器进排风气流组织

摘要 针对实际工作中出现的问题,对机房专用空调高压保护频发的现象深入分析,发现机房专用空调室外冷凝器排风不畅、进排风气流组织不合理,会造成室外冷凝器附近热气流短路、空调出现高压保护,从而影响机房专用空调的稳定运行。找到问题症结后,采用为机房专用空调室外机加装导风罩的方案,优化冷凝器进排风气流组织,既保证了空调的稳定运行,又减少了设备能耗。 It analyzes the phenomenon of frequent occurrence of high voltage protection, unsmooth exhaust air of the outdoor condenser and the unreasonable supply and exhaust ventilation air distribution would cause the short circuit of hot air flow near the out- door condenser to cause high-voltage protection which would affect the stable operation of the air conditioning. Based on the above, it suggests that the outdoor unit of air conditioning is equipped with wind guide cover to optimize the supply and ex- haust ventilation air distribution of condenser, which not only could ensure the stable operation of air conditioning, but also could reduce the energy consumption of the equipment.
