以国有煤炭企业为研究对象,分析目前国有企业干部人事管理体制存在的问题及改革的现状,并结合企业实际情况提出有针对性的解决措施。

Taking the state-owned coal enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems existing in state-owned enterprise reform of cadre personnel management system. Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, countermeasures are put forward.
