国内政府治理研究的知识图谱与进路研判——基于CNKI(2001-2016)的量化分析

Knowledge Map and Approach Judgement of Domestic Government Governance——Based on Quantitative Analysis of CNKI(2001-2016)

推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化,是十八届三中全会提出的全面深化改革的总目标。政府治理作为国家治理的重要组成部分之一,承担着国家治理的具体实施和行政实现的功能,其现代化水平直接影响国家治理现代化的程度。及时总结和梳理国内政府治理的研究热点和总体研究趋势,以回应国家治理体系和治理能力现代化实践对理论研究的新要求就显得尤为重要。以近十六年CNKI数据库收录的591篇政府治理研究的核心期刊学术论文为样本,利用文献计量学以及知识网络分析工具CiteSpaceIII进行分析,绘制2001-2016年国内政府治理研究的知识图谱。全景式再现我国政府治理研究的时空动态发展历程,直观展示研究文献的时区分布、机构分布、研究学者、研究热点状况,并探测发展趋势,以便为政府治理理论与实践研究的进一步推进提供基础性的知识支撑。

Promoting the governance system and modernization of governance ability are the general goals of deepening the reform comprehensively put forward by The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.As one of the important parts of national governance,government governance undertakes the specific implementation of state governance and the function of administrative realization,whose modernization level directly affects the degree of the modernization of national governance.Therefore,timely summary and arrangement of the research hotspots and the overall trend of domestic government governance to respond to the practice of modernizing governance system and governance ability in theoretical research seems quite important.Based on 591research papers about government governance of core journals from CNKI database in the past 16years,this paper uses the literature metrology and the knowledge network analysis tool CiteSpaceIII to draw the knowledge map of domestic government governance research between 2001and 2016.Afterwards,the panorama can reappear the pace-time dynamic development course of government governance and show the time-zone distribution,institution,research scholars,research hotspots and detect trends of research papers which can provide foundational knowledge support to the theoretical and practical research of future government governance.
