农民创业的跨层次嵌入与乡村旅游资源的适应性协同管理

Cross-lever Embeddedness of Farmers' Entrepreneurship and Adaptable Coordinated Management of Rural Tourism Resources

通过搭建一个农民创业的跨层次嵌入与乡村旅游资源的适应性管理的理论框架,探讨农民通过不同层次的网络嵌入获取乡村旅游创业资源、动态的乡村旅游环境势必要求农民创业具有相应的动态能力,并要求农民的创业过程与跨层次动态嵌入过程协同演进。研究发现,农民特质嵌入及乡村旅游环境嵌入的动态性决定创业资源管理也是一个持续性的社会学习过程,而农民的"干中学"创业就是乡村旅游创业资源的适应性协同管理。

Based on the theoretical framework of the cross-lever embeddedness and the adaptable coordinated management of rural tourism resources,this paper points out that on the one hand,farmers gain the rural tourism entrepreneurship resources through different embedded levels.On the other hand,the dynamic rural tourism environment would require the corresponding dynamic capabilities of farmers’entrepreneurship;the farmers’entrepreneurship process evolves with the hierarchical dynamic embedded process synergistically.The result shows that the embeddedness of farmers’traits and rural tourism environment decide that entrepreneurship resources management is also a sustainable social learning process,and farmers’'learning in doing'entrepreneurship is the adaptable coordinated management of rural tourism resource.
