摘要
综述了用"The Natural Step(TNS)"框架对PVC热稳定剂可持续性的研究。根据有关的研究结果可以得到以下结论:PVC热稳定剂用主要元素、金属皂以及PVC热稳定剂体系当前均不具备完全可持续性,但是,Na、Mg、Ca、Ba、La、Al和Zn等元素与产自可再生资源的硬脂酸、油酸、月硅酸、12-羟基硬脂酸和辛酸形成的金属皂以及锌基和有机基热稳定剂体系,如果采取必要的改进措施,有望实现完全可持续化。
The studies on the sustainability of heat stabilizers for PVC by using tools from"The Natural Step (TNS) "framework were reviewed. It could be concluded that the main elements and metal soaps used in heat stabilizers for PVC and the heat stabilizer systems for PVC all were not currently fully sustainable, but Na, Mg, Ca, Ba, La, A1 and Zn, metal soaps formed from these metals and stearic, oleic, lauric, 12 - hydroxy stearic, ca- prylic acid,the acids which can be manufactured from the renewable resources,and the zinc-and organic-based heat stabilizer systems have potential to become fully sustainable if necessary corrective actions are taken.
