摘要
将两种辅助热稳定剂二苯甲酰甲烷(DBM)和二苯甲酰甲烷钙(Ca(DBM)_2)的热稳定效果进行对比,紫外可见光谱法(UV-VIS)分析结果表明,DBM和Ca(DBM)_2都是良好的紫外吸收剂,而Ca(DBM)_2的吸收范围更大;静态热稳定实验和自然老化实验验证,DBM和Ca(DBM)_2在PVC加工和应用过程中都具有良好的热稳定性,而Ca(DBM)_2热稳定剂性更优良,并且可以抑制制品变红。
The thermal stabilization effects of the two auxiliary thermal stabilizers, dibenzolmethane (DBM) and dibenzolmethane calcium ( Ca ( DBM ) 2 ), were compared, ultra violet visible spectroscopy ( UV- VIS) results show that DBM and Ca(DBM) 2 are good UV absorbers, while Ca(DBM) 2 has a larger absorption range. The static thermal stability experiment and the natural aging experiment show that DBM and Ca(DBM) 2 have good thermal stability in PVC processing and application,but Ca(DBM) 2 has better thermal stability and can suppress reddening of products.
