摘要
在转矩流变仪评价PVC热稳定剂热稳定性能的基础上,测试了不同取样时间样品的色品指数b值,并对其进行了曲线拟合。研究发现,不同种类PVC热稳定剂的b值与密炼时间t呈现良好的相关性,大多数表现为二次函数拟合关系,在此基础上提出了曲线拟合法评价PVC热稳定剂初期、中期及后期的热稳定性方法。
On the basis of the torque rheometer method, the value b of chroma index was fitted to evaluate the thermal stability of heat stabilizer. The studies approved that the value b of sample, which taken from the mixer in different period, generally indicated quadratic function relationship. Therefore, the curve fitting method was proposed to evaluation the thermal stability of initial stage, mid stage and late stage.
