摘要
锥栗传统经营粗放、产量低、比较效益差、产业化水平低,影响了农民种植的积极性。通过对园艺化栽培技术措施的探索与分析,结果表明:园艺化栽培技术的建园能保持水土,确保园地生态环境不退化,锥栗生产可持续,能获得高产、优质,且连年结果,与传统造林比更加高效,它的推广能保障我国锥栗这种名优特产市场的有效供给,满足人民的生活需求;园艺化栽培建园成本高,一次性投入大,投资回收期长,投资风险大,政府从保护生态考虑,应采取扶持政策,明确对建园进行补助或提供贴息长期贷款;园艺化栽培能获得好的比较经济效益,以一个开始的经济生产时段(15年)8%行业基准收益率分析,其内部收益率达到9.40%,在当前农业项目中有比较经济效益,这样有利于发展区域特色林产品,增加农民收入。
The growing enthusiasm of farmers were affected by extensive traditional management, low production, poorbenefits and low levels of industrialization of Castaneahenryi. Horticulture technology measures of exploration was appliedin this research. The results showed that: Horticulture technology could keep soil and water, and made sure that the gardenecological environment would not degenerate with sustainable production. What' s more, this technology could also get highyield, quality and continuous results and more efficient than traditional afforestation. Its promotion could guarantees great marketsupply, enrich people' s life. However, horticulture technology had a high cost, large and one-time input, long investmentrecycling and big investment risk. Government should take support policy from ecological protection, like provide subsidyand discount long-term loan. Horticulture technology could retain a good economic benefit with a beginning of economicproduction period (15 a), 8% industry benchmark returns rate and 9.4% internal returns. It was a great compared economicin current agricultural project, and beneficial to develop features forest products and then increased farmers' income.
