摘要 以草莓品种‘章姬’和‘红颜’为试材,以草莓匍匐茎茎尖为外植体,以MS为培养基,研究不同激素浓度和种类对‘章姬’和‘红颜’组培苗生长的影响,以期建立优质高效的草莓茎尖组织培养快繁体系。结果表明:适宜的初代培养基为MS+0.7 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+7 g/L琼脂;增殖继代培养基为MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+7 g/L琼脂;生根培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+30 g/L蔗糖+7 g/L琼脂。 With strawberry varieties of 'Zhangji' and ' Hongyan' as the test material, stolon stemtipsas explants and MS as medium, the effects of concentration and different kinds of hormone on the growth of 'Zhangji' and 'Hongyan' were studied in orderto establish a high quality and efficient strawberry shoot tissue culture rapid propagation system. The results showed that the suitable medium for the first generation, proliferation subcuhureand rooting are MS+0.7 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.05 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sugar+7 g/Lagar, medium MS+I mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sugar+7 g/L agar, MS+ 0.5 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sugar+7 g/L agar, respectively.
