丛枝菌根(AMF)对NaCl胁迫下杨树扦插苗叶绿素荧光参数的影响

摘要 以毛白杨(Populus tomentosa)扦插苗为试验材料,菌种选取摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)、隐类球囊霉(Paraglomus occultum)、幼套球囊霉(Glomus etunicatum),在盆栽条件下,设单一菌种接种、2菌种混合接种、3菌种混合接种和不接种对照,研讨接种丛枝菌根(AMF)对盐胁迫下毛白杨扦插苗的叶绿素荧光参数的影响。在株高80 cm时,以浓度为200 mmol/L的Na Cl溶液处理后,测定各处理盐胁迫下杨树的叶绿素荧光参数。结果显示,在盐胁迫下植株的叶绿素荧光参数初始荧光(F0)、初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PSII的潜在光化学活性(Fv/F0)均显著大于CK。且PSII反应中心遭受损害程度得到显著降低,明显缓解盐胁迫对毛白杨扦插苗造成的伤害。 The study was conducted to research the effects of inoculation of arbuscularmycorrhiza fungi on chlorophy IIfluorescent characteristics of cutting seedlings of Populustomentosa under salt stress in the growth chamber. The cuttingseedlings of Populustomentosa and three kinds of AMF( Glomusmosseae, Paraglomusoccultum, Glomusetunicatum)were used as experimental materials. Under potting condition, we set up seven treatments and control. When the plantheight was 80 cm, the plants were treated byusing Na Cl solutions of 200 mmol/L. The results showed that compared with the controltreatment, AMF inoculation treatment could significantly promote Fv/Fm(intrinsic PS1 Ⅱ efficiency), Fv/F0, while reduce F0(minimal fluorescence). The damage degree of PSII reaction center was significantly reduced and damage caused by saltstress was obviously alleviated.
