摘要 湖北省小型水库水雨情自动测报系统基于实用、低成本、集成一体化的设计理念,采用可闻声波水位计、声波雨量计技术以及隔绝式防雷系统,形成水位、雨量、图像、温度、巡检等综合信息采集、传输于一体的水雨情自动测报系统[1]。基于云平台实现了信息存储和管理,在地理信息系统平台基础上实现了信息查询、发布和预警功能。湖北省小型水库水雨情自动测报系统经过两年多的实际运行表明,系统整体可用性达到了99%以上,弹性可扩展的云存储和信息管理能力达到了1.8TB。 The automatic monitoring system of water and rainfall regime of the small-scale reservoir of Hubei Province is an automatic monitoring system of water and rainfall regime integrating the comprehensive information ( such as water stage, precipitation, image, temperature, inspection) collection and transmission which is adopting audible acoustic stage gauge, the technology of acoustic rainfall recorder and isola- ted lightning protection system based upon the design concept of practicality, low-cost and integration. This system realizes functions of information search, broadcast and pre-warning on the basis of GIS (geographic information system) platform as well as the information accumulation and management based on the cloud platforms. More than 2 years' actual operation indicates that, the overall system availability is beyond 99%, the elastic extensible cloud storage and information management capabilities have reached 1.8 TB.
