摘要
CLZ系列水泵应用广泛,但普遍存在轴承容易锈蚀损坏问题,影响装备安全和可靠使用。文章通过对轴承损坏情况及原因分析,得出轴承锈蚀的原因是泵轴腔自身产生的冷凝水。提出了2套改进方案,妥善解决了上述问题。
CLZ serial pumps are widely used, but the common corrosion badly influences the safety and relia- bility of the equipments. Damage condition and cause of bearing are analyzed with the result of the condensated- water from its cavity. And two sets of plans are put forward, which solve the problem appropriately.
