摘要 针对船用液压系统健康状态评估问题,提出了一种基于残差向量的动态评估方法,设计了基于残差向量的基本评估原理,研究了系统建模方法、残差生成方法、残差分析方法和健康度计算方法,并结合示例,构建了具体模型、残差与故障映射关系,最终评估液压系统的归一化健康度指标,方法可为开展液压系统故障诊断与预测提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of the health condition assessment of marine hydraulic system, a dy- namic assessment method is put forward and its principle is designed with modeling method, the residual genera- tion, analysis method and the health degree calculation method studied. With an example, the specific model and the mapping relationship between residual and fault of the hydraulic system are built to assess the normalized index of health degree, which can provide the reference for the fault diagnosis and prediction.
