摘要
阐述螺杆膨胀机发电的工作原理与优点,对螺杆膨胀机降压过程中的热力学过程进行分析。以某天然气压力能螺杆膨胀机发电案例为例,探讨利用螺杆膨胀机回收高(次高)压天然气在调压过程中释放的压力能;定义压力火用率及压力能发电火用比率,用于估算拟选项目的实际发电功率。将回收的供冷量折算为发电功率,对拟选项目进行经济技术分析。压力能发电项目的静态投资回收期分别为3.7 a、2.9 a、2.4 a,项目可实施性较强。
The working principle and advanlages of screw expander power generation are described, and the thermodynamic process during the screw expander depressurization process is analyzed. Taking a power generation case of screw expander using natural gas pressure energy as an example, the pressure energy released from the pressure regulation process of high/ sub-high pressure natural gas recovered by the screw expander is discussed. The pressure exergy rate and exergy ratio for power generation using natural gas pressure energy are defined to estimate the actual generated power of the proposed project. The recovered cooling capacity is converted into generated power. The technical and economic analysis of the proposed project is performed. The static investment recovery periods of power generation projects using natural gas pressure energy are 3.7 years, 2.9 years and 2.4 years, respectively, and the project has a strong practicability.
