摘要
针对以LNG为燃料的近海渔船,设计一种LNG冷能利用工艺,通过流程模拟确定主要设备和物流参数,结合已建的450 kW船用柴油-LNG混合燃料发动机试验系统,研制LNG冷能利用试验装置,开展蓄冷和放冷的试验研究。试验结果验证了工艺方案的可行性,可以在渔船上实现LNG冷能的回收及利用。根据试验结果提出了装置的改进方向。
In view of inshore fishing boats using LNG as fuel, a process utilizing LNG cold energy is designed. The main equipment and flow parameters are determined by the process simulation. A test device for utilizing LNG cold energy is developed combined with a built 450 kW marine diesel-LNG dual-fuel engine testing system, The experimental study on cold storage and release is conducted. The experimental results have verified the feasibility of the process scheme, LNG cold energy recovery and utilization can be realized on the fishing boat. The improvement direction of the device is put forward according to the experimental results.
