国内图书情报领域知识产权研究的学术演化

The Academic Evolution of Intellectual Property in Domestic Library and Information Science

图书情报学领域是对知识产权进行学术研究的重要力量之一。本文通过统计CNKI和CSSCI两个数据库中有关本主题研究的文献,采用知识图谱展示的方式,深度挖掘图谱背后的数据关系,从而发现本研究领域的学术研究动态演进过程。结果发现本研究领域形成了高产作者群与机构群,科研合作率较高;形成了以武汉大学信息管理学院为代表的核心研究机构和陈传夫等作者为代表的核心研究作者群;本研究领域的研究热点主要包括著作权、专利文献、合理使用等与图书情报学相关的知识产权理论与实践问题;本研究领域还善于及时跟踪国家的方针政策,立足科学前沿,解决信息传播过程各个环节中出现的知识产权问题。

The field of Library and Information Science is one of the important forces to conduct academic researches on intellectual property. Through the literature on this subject from the statistics of CNKI and CSSCI, the paper discovers the dynamic evolution process of the academic research in this field by using mapping display and giving a deep mining into the data relation in the mapping, and it also reveals that high yield authors and group of publishing have been formed in the research field and the scientific cooperation rate is relatively high; the core research institutes which are represented by the Information Management College of Wuhan University and core author groups which are represented by Chert Chuanfu are formed; the research hotspots are copyright, patent documents, reasonable use and some other questions related to the theories and practice of intellectual property in Library and Information Science; the research field is also good at tracking the national policy and solving the problems of intellectual property in each process of infor- mation transmission by basing itself upon scientific frontiers.
