丝棉针织面料的开发

Development of Silk-Cotton Knitted Fabric

介绍了丝棉针织面料的功能特性,分别从原料选择、纱线前处理工艺、染色工艺、织造设备参数、上机工艺及后整理工艺等方面,对丝棉针织面料的设计开发进行了详细阐述,并总结出染色及织造工艺的技术要点。最后通过对所设计织造的面料的缩水率、色牢度、化学品含量等性能的测试分析,说明所开发丝棉针织面料的优异性能。

In this paper, the functional properties of silk-cotton knitted fabric was introduced. Design and development of silk-cotton knitted fabrics were described in detail from the aspects of selection of raw material, the pretreatment and dyeing process of the yarn, the weaving equipment parameters and finishing process. And the technical points of dyeing and weaving were summarized. Finally, through the analysis of the performance of the designed fabric, such as shrinkage, color fastness, chemical content, the applicability and excellent performance of the developed silk-cotton knitted fabric were introduced.
