摘要
采用有光腈纶、无光腈纶、抗菌有光腈纶及扁平丝等纤维纺制东洋纺高复合功能性纤维,阐述其染色工艺中阳离子染料的上染性能,优选出阳离子染料三原色并分析其耐日晒色牢度。详细介绍了染色、水洗、拉幅、后整理工艺及注意事项。生产的腈纶双层拉舍尔毛毯具有良好的吸湿性、耐日光色牢度及易染色特性,而且具有抗菌有光腈纶的抗菌性及功能性。
In this paper, bright acrylic fiber, matt acrylic fiber, antibacterial bright acrylic fiber and flat filament were used to spin TOYOBO high complex functional fiber. And the dyeing properties of cationic dyes in its dyeing process were described. The primary color of the cationic dye was optimized and the colorfastness to light was analyzed. The dyeing, washing, tenter and finishing process and precautions were introduced in detail. The double acrylic rasehel blanket has good moisture absorption, light fastness and easy dyeing, and it also has antibacterial and functional properties.
