摘要
探讨了天丝面料的冷轧堆染黑色工艺,详细介绍了堆染、水洗、固色后处理等加工工艺,分别测试染色织物的K/S值和L*值以及耐汗渍、耐水洗、耐摩擦和耐光照色牢度,同时,通过试验研究代用碱和常规复配碱剂2种碱剂在冷轧堆染色中的效果。结果表明,2种碱剂均能满足冷轧堆染色的工艺要求,此外,天丝面料经冷轧堆染色,能够获得满足高色牢度要求的深黑色产品,且可显著节省水、汽能源,从而达到节能减排。
This paper studies the cold pad-batch dyeing process tor Tencel fabrics, providing the specified parameters for padding, washing and fixing treatments in finishing processes. The K/S and L* value and colour fastness to perspiration, washing, rubbing and light were tested respectively. At the same time, the effects of the two alkali solutions which are the substitute alkali solution and the mixture of alkaline during the cold pad-batch processing were also researched. The results show that the two kinds of alkali agents can meet the requirements of cold pad-batch dyeing process. In addition, Tencel fabric treated by cold pad-batch dyeing can meet the high requirements of color fastness of deep black products. And it can significantly save water and steam energy, and the process can achieve the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction.
