日晒色牢度提升剂对染料耐光色牢度的影响

摘要 选用5支活性染料对纯棉织物染色,再用4支结构类型不同的日晒色牢度提升剂对染色织物进行整理,测定了其耐日晒色牢度、耐光汗复合色牢度;探究日晒色牢度提升剂的结构对提升不同结构染料的耐日晒、耐光汗复合色牢度的影响。结果表明,苯并三唑类日晒牢度提升剂可以有效地提高各种结构染料的日晒色牢度,而对光汗复合色牢度的提升效果不明显。 The dyeing fabrics are stained with five reactive dyes, and the dyeing fasteners are treated with tour different color fastness enhancers. The color fastness to light and the color fastness of perspiration are measured. The influence of the structure of the sun color fastness improver on the improvement of the color fastness to light and perspiration of different structures is investigated. The paper shows that the benzodiazole light fastness enhancer could effectively improve the color tastness of various kinds of dyes, while the effect of the color fastness to sweat was not obvious.
