干衣机内织物烘干损伤程度表征方法探讨 被引量:5

摘要 为研究适于表征干衣机内织物烘干损伤程度的方法,采用尺寸稳定性测试分析、KES-FB织物风格分析、色差分析、扫描电镜分析、X射线衍射分析等多种研究方法,对经过不同烘干周期处理的织物各项性能进行系统的对比分析。结果表明,尺寸稳定性测试分析、KES-FB织物风格分析、色差分析方法在表征干衣机内织物损伤程度方面存在一定难度;X衍射分析难以定量表征织物烘干损伤程度;而扫描电镜分析是一种较准确灵敏且能有效确定织物损伤程度的表征方法。 In order to determine proper characterization methods for describing the damage degree of fabrics drying in the do- mestic dryer, various properties of fabric with different drying cycles were systematically analyzed by using potential characterization methods, which include dimensional stability analysis, KES-FB analysis, color difference analysis, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that dimensional stability analysis, KES-FB analysis and color difference analysis are difficult to measure damage degree of fabric drying in dryer. X-ray diffraction analysis is difficult to quantitatively characterize the damage degree of fabric drying in dryer. However, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is a more accurate and sensitive characterization method, and it can effectively determine the damage degree of fabric.
