三醋酯纤维与锦腈涤混纺面料定量分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别测试并分析锦纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料,腈纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料,以及涤纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料在5种不同试剂中的溶解情况,进而探讨以上3种混纺面料的定量化学分析方法。结果显示,锦纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料可采用二甲基甲酰胺试剂进行定量分析,腈纶和三醋酯纤维混纺面料可采用80%甲酸试剂进行定量分析,聚酯纤维和三醋酯纤维混纺面料可采用80%甲酸或者75%硫酸试剂进行定量分析,且试剂对纤维损伤小,测试时间短,试验结果准确。 The dissolution conditions of nylon fiber and triacetate blended fabric, acrylic fiber and triacetate blended fabric, polyester fiber and triacetate blended fabric in 5 different reagents were tested and analyzed respectively. Furthermore, the quantitative chemical analysis methods of the above 3 kinds of blended fabrics were discussed. The results showed that nylon and triacetate fiber blended fabrics can be quantitatively analyzed using dimethylformamide reagent: Acrylic and triaeetate fiber blended fabrics can be quantitatively analyzed using 80% formic acid reagent; Polyester fiber and triacetate fiber blended fabric can be quantitatively analyzed with 80% formic acid or 75% sulfuric acid reagent. In addition, the reagent has little damage to the fiber, the test time is short, and the test result is accurate. This paper can provide some technical support for the related inspection work.
