摘要
"全媒体"是一种媒介实践形态、一种信息传播方式更是一种思维方式。它没有确定的内涵,却在媒介技术不断发展的过程中改变着人们的生活甚至是生存方式。高校党员教育在这一媒介实践过程中也暴露出基层组织设置落后、目标管理缺失、内容与形式陈旧、考核与反馈机制不健全等问题。"全媒体"语境下,高校党员教育既有价值观冲击、管理队伍落后、媒介使用不完全等挑战。同时也带来了创新范式的机遇:在打破局限思维优化高校基层党组织设置的基础上,设立高校特色的党员教育目标与责任机制;建立一支高素质熟练掌握"全媒体"技术的党务工作队伍,有效利用"全媒体"无限多元化渠道对党员进行润物细无声的涵化;在多网融合、多屏融合的背景下完善党员教育管理的双向质量评价体系。
Omnimedia is a form of media practice, an information dissemination pattern, and a way of thinking. Its connotation has not yet been clearly defined, but it is changing people's lives and survival model in the evolving process of media technology. Some problems of CPC member education has been exposed in this process, for example, the state of backwardness in the establishment of the grassroots-level organizations, the lack of management objectives, the staleness in the contents and forms of the education, the imperfect assessment and feedback mechanisms, and so on. In the omnimedia context, the education is faced with the challenges of values conflict, the outdated management team, incomplete media use and others. These problems also brings opportunities for innovating the education by breaking the limitations of thinking, reestablishing thegrassroots-level organizations, defining the objective and responsibility mechanisms, building qualified teams capable of diversified exploitation of omnimedia, and perfecting the bidirectional system for assessing the quality of the education.
