摘要
基于东北财经大学研究生教学改革研究项目的调查数据,文章分析财经类高校导师指导的现状,并比较不同背景下导师指导对硕士研究生毕业后发展的影响。结果表明,导师确定方式以双向选择为主,且研究生选择导师时更为关注科研水平、人品师德和责任心等品质;参与导师任务的研究生比例和师生交流频次都较低;导师对研究生毕业后去向的影响显著,参与过导师任务及导师是博导的研究生读博的可能性更大。
Based on the survey data of research project on postgraduates' teaching reform in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics,the authors analyze the status quo of supervisor's guidance on the students and compare the influences of the guidance on postgraduates' development after graduation. The results show that a supervisor is usually selected by a two-way choice between the student and teacher. The students pay more attention to teacher's qualities of scientific research,moral cultivation and responsibility when selecting a supervisor. The students rarely take part in the supervisor's tasks and they seldom communicate. Supervisors play an important role in students' further development. The students who have participated in supervisor's projects or whose teachers are doctoral advisors have more possibilities to go on study for doctorate.
