甲氧基富勒醇的合成及其超分子组装和表征 被引量:1

摘要 将富勒烯(C60)与液溴反应制备溴代富勒烯,进而在碱性环境中与甲醇通过亲核取代反应制备得到两亲性富勒醇衍生物——甲氧基富勒醇。以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,在碱性介质中合成水溶性的聚β-环糊精(β-CDP)。将甲氧基富勒醇与β-CDP通过研磨等方法进行超分子组装,得到甲氧基富勒醇与β-CDP的超分子组装体。采用FTIR、1 HNMR、TG-DTG对甲氧基富勒醇的结构进行表征,采用FTIR、SEM对β-CDP的结构进行表征,采用FTIR、SEM、DLS对组装体的结构进行表征。 Brominated fullerene was prepared by reaction of fullerene with liquid bromine, and amphiphilic fullerol derivative (methoxy fullerol) was obtained by an electrophilic substitution reaction of brominated fullerene with methanol in an alkaline environment. The water soluble β-cyclodextrin cross-linked polymer(β- CDP) was synthesized using epichlorohydrin(ECH) as a crossqinking agent in alkaline medium. Then supramolecular assembly was formed by mixing methoxy fullerol with β-CDP. The structure of methoxy fullerol was characterized by FTIR,1HNMR and TG-DTG,the structure of β-CDP was characterized by FTIR and SEM,and the structure of supramolecular assembly was characterized by FTIR,SEM and DLS.
