摘要
本文概述了我国现行的矿产资源法律制度现状,并分析了矿产资源规划、有偿使用、储量管理、监督管理、勘查开采审批、分类分级管理、环境保护等制度存在的主要问题,对现行的《矿产资源法》中设计的法律制度的修改完善提出了建议。
This paper provides an overview of the status of law system of mineral resources in China, and analyzes the mineral resource plan, paid use, reserves management, supervision ＆ management, the approval of prospecting and mining, management of classification and gradation, environmental protection and other major problems in the system. As for the law system designed by the existing Law of Mineral Resources, this paper has offered recommendations for the modification and improvement of it.
