推进陕西精准扶贫的教育供给侧改革策略探索

Exploring the Promotion of Education Supply Side Reform of Shaanxi in the Context of Precision Poverty-alleviation

贫困是制约世界各国经济社会发展的主要问题。20世纪60年代开始,国内外学者开始关注教育的扶贫功能。文章通过分析陕西贫困现状及特点,提出以教育供给侧结构改革推进陕西"精准扶贫"的策略:提高贫困地区的有效教育供给,优化贫困地区教育资源配置,实施贫困家庭就学子女精准资助。

Poverty is the main problem of the world economic and social development. In the 1960s, both Chinese and foreign scholars begin to pay close attention to poverty alleviation function of education. By analyzing the char- acteristics of the poverty in Shaanxi economy and education, the reform in education supply side structure of Shaanxi ＂precision poverty reduction strategy＂ was presented. Effective supply of education in poor areas, the opti- mization allocation of education resources in poverty-stricken areas, accurate implementation of poor families in school children were explored.
