随着经济的发展,地方本科院校面临着重大转型。作为通识教育的大学英语,新一轮的更深层次的改革也势在必行。分析了地方本科院校转型期大学英语改革的背景和面临的问题,并根据《2015年大学英语教学指南》中的指导性意见,对大学英语的改革提出自己的观点和一些具体的建议。

With the development economy, Local undergraduate university is faced with important transformation. As a result, college English, as a liberal study, is bound to have a new and deeper reform. The paper analyzes the background and problems of college English reform under transformation period of local undergraduate university, and then puts forward some perspectives and advice for college English reform in accordance with 2015 College English Teaching Guidance.
