摘要 在“弃风限电”日趋严峻的形势下,风电场迫切需要实现整场优化控制和经济运行。风电场经济运行技术,是从技术角度为实现风电场的经济运行提供解决方案,让风电场满足各项经济运行指标,提升风电场发电缝,降低风电场损耗:本文提出一种以风电场运行经济性为目标的有功优化控制策略。首先根据风电场监控系统采集的机组状态信息对机组进行动态分类;然后确定机组控制策略,在考虑上网电价、启停机次数、网损等因素下,采用主客观综合赋权法对控制策略的优先级进行赋权和排序,进行升/降功率控制:通过仿真结果表明,文中提出的控制策略可以有效地增加风电场的经济效益,降低损耗。 Due to the situation of high power curtailment to wind power, wind farms need to achieve the optimal control and economic operation. Wind farm economic operation technology is proposed to provide a solution for the economic operation of wind farms from a technical point of view, so that the wind farm can meet the economic performance indicators to enhance the wind farm generating capacity and reduce wind farm losses. In this paper, a novel active power optimization strategy is proposed, which is based on the economy of wind farm. Firstly, the wind turbines are dynamically classified according to the unit status information collected by the wind farm monitoring system. Then, the unit control strategy should be planned, under the consideration of the feed-in tariff and power loss. The subjective and objective weighting method is used to weight and rank the priority of the control strategies, and carry on the power control. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively increase the economic efficiency of wind farm and reduce the power loss.
