大、中璎风电场无功容量配置的商榷

摘要 GB51096-2015《风力发电场设计规范》和Q/GDW392-2009《风电场接入电网技术规定》,就无功补偿问题做出了原则规定,各风电工程的初步设计阶段,系统部门也提出了专题报告,对具体工程给出了计算过程及计算结果,规定出无功补偿的形式和容量。本文通过工程实例,就此做一诠释,并作出一定的推论。由于风电场中无功容量的配置问题,与电网结构、送出线路长度及风电场总装机容量密切相关,本文根据多个风电场的设计及运行情况,提出一些问题来商榷讨论。 There are several basic principles for the problem of reactive power compensation given in "Code for design of wind farm" GB 51096--2015 and "Technical rule for connecting wind farm into power grid" Q/GDW 392--2009. During the preliminary design stage of each wind power project, the relative departments of power system will put forward specialist report and the calculation process with result for the project. The method and capacity of reactive power compensation will also be designed. Based on engineering cases, this article gives the interpretation and makes certain hypothesis. Considering the configuration problem of the reactive power capacity is closely related to the structure of power grid, the length of transmission line and the total installed capacity, this article raises questions and relative discussions based on the design and actual operation of several wind farm cases.
