摘要
为了减小因翘曲带来的注塑件质量问题,减少修模、试模次数,现利用Moldflow软件对一种家用电器薄壁外壳进行翘曲优化分析。将三维模型导入Moldflow软件,并应用Moldflow软件对该家用电器薄壁外壳进行翘曲分析,制定一套初始方案。由该初始方案可以得到该注塑件的翘曲原因,针对该注塑件翘曲的原因,对其进行浇注系统和冷却系统优化以及温度优化,从而得到该注塑件的翘曲优化方案。
In order to reduce the quality issues of injection molded parts caused by warpage and reduce the number of mold repair and test, Moldflow software was used to optimize the warpage of a thin shell of household appliance. The 3D model was imported into Moldflow software, then Moldflow software was used to analyze the warpage of the thin shell of the household electrical appliance to set the initial scheme. The initial scheme provided the causes of warpage of the injection molded parts. Based on this, the gating and cooling systems and the temperature were optimized.
